Let me introduce you to a friend of mine named Emily.  I first met Emily last January as I was volunteering at New Life Home where she works.  For the past several months, Emily and I have been meeting every Thursday evening for a sweet discipleship time where we are simply able to share life together.  We have a great time together, sharing our struggles and joys, our daily activities, and we have also been studying Isaiah together.  I love it how the Lord has opened up this door for me to develop a friendship and discipleship relationship with Emily.  We learn so much from each other.  Emily has an adorable son named Declan who turned 2 years old today!  We planned a fun birthday party for him here at the house complete with balloons, streamers, toys, koolaid, and a blue cake!  We had a great time to say the least!  Emily and Declan are a blessing in my life and I thank God for crossing our paths!
