29 June 2008:

This morning I’m reminded of all the people back home who
are praying for me. I’m encouraged as
the Lord

points out specific people who He is guiding to cover me and this team
with specific prayers. Intercessors. He brings to mind loved ones who have poured
into me, invested in me, prayed for me over the years, and who believe in
me. Even through the tough days, I’m
spurred on. Thank you Lord for this
sweet reminder of those holding me up back home. As a team, we’ve created a prayer tree. On a large piece of paper Rob drew a huge tree
with many many branches. Each branch
represents one of us on the team. Hanging from each branch are sticky notes that look like leaves (clever creation by the sticky note people). On each leaf, there are names of people who
are praying for us back home. It’s a
great visual reminder of the prayer covering God has provided through our loved
ones back home.  Thank you all for praying for us, your prayers are felt and effective!  God is using you in mighty ways to minister to us here in Swaziland.
